So I was at the mall the other day with my 6 years old brother, who is the naughtiest beast anyone can ever meet, and oh the embarrassment he gave me.
As soon as we walked into the automatic door, he ran off to grab a trolley. I walked up to him and told him that we didn't need one, and told him to go get a basket instead. His excitement dropped and his expression turned into a dark look of disappointment. I could feel people's eyes on us as I tried to nicely tell him that we were only buying a few things so there was no need for a trolley. He finally gave up and returned the trolley before getting a basket.
I noticed people staring at us as we walked to the veges area. Why are they staring?! (I still don't understand)
Okay so after getting most of the things that was needed, he still insisted on carrying the basket therefore I was like, okay then I'll let him do so. Next minute I noticed adults giving me looks... hey hey, not my fault a 6 year old wanted to carry the basket! =.= I'm not being mean and making him carry it okay!?
At the self check out place, he started singing and being the normal naughty him. (just after I thought that he was finally giving me a break) Again I got stares from people... sighs...
Lesson learnt: Never bringing him out shopping again.
